Vehicle* Donation Information & Form


An easy way for you to:
  • donate (vehicle does not need to be in operating condition) your used car and have it towed away in several days,
  • receive a receipt for your donation for tax purposes,
  • and have the residual value of your vehicle converted to cash for CCF’s continuing childhood cancer research grants and patient services.

CCF has engaged Car Program, LLC, a firm that has national capabilities to pick-up your car in 48 states(Alaska & Hawaii excluded). Just complete the form below and submit.

Car Program LLC verifies that your particular car can be accepted as a donation usually within 24 hours.

If accepted, a towing agency will call you within 4 days to schedule an appointment for pick-up.

In addition, on the 4th business day Car Program, LLC will make a customer service call.

The tow driver will provide you with the CCF Donation Receipt and will pick-up the car, keys and car title document (signed by you absolutely essential that you have these in hand).

The CCF Donation Receipt is an important record. Due to 2005 changes in vehicle donation tax law, Car Program LLC mails an additional receipt to donors for vehicles that sell for over $500. Please consult your tax advisor.
